Samurai 7s 2027

The Samurai 7's is hosted during the Cherry Blossom season in Yokohama, Japan, offering a great experience for participating teams to visit the country during its most beautiful time of the year. The tournament is held at one of Japan's oldest and most prestigious clubs, which features a gorgeous astroturf field as well as on-site restaurants and bars. The event attracts teams from various countries, including Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, USA, Thailand, and Japan.

2025 Samurai 7's

Kanto International Masters 7's League 2024/2025

Throughout 2023-2024, FJ Masters, BFC Masters, Fine Vintage, Union Pacifico, Celts Masters, Nepal 40, YC&AC O40 will be participating in a 7 team league format that will take place from September 2024 to June 2025.

The league will be 7-aside. Players must be 40 years old or over. 2 fixed underage players (over 35) are permitted to play for the entire season.

FJ Masters Mini League kicking off before the summer break!

The masters session has been going on from August and we feel it is about time we make a small league out of it before everyone hits the holidays abroad! We do want the league format to be normalized from September onwards so this will be the first step in ensuring we do exactly that.  The last three sessions before summer break will be May 18th (19:00~), June 29th (17:00~). If you are interested please let me know at toma@footyjapan.com. We are accepting teams and also players who don't have a team!

Post Samurai 7 Masters session!

The next masters session will be on the 27th of April from 18:30 at BST Nagasawa. Teams signed up for April 27: FJ masters, Union Pacifico, Fine Vintage, BFC, Kanto Celts
From May, We'd like to experiment a small league format with the first session being on May 18th and the following two sessions to take place in June. Please let me know if you are interested in joining. I will be capping it at 5 teams for the session on 27th so please make sure you sign up early to ensure your spot!  

Samurai 7's 2024

Samurai 7's International Masters After a long haitus due to COVID, we are once again hosting our International Masters 7's tournament at YC&AC! When: Saturday & Sunday 23th & 24th March 2024 We will be updating information here & on our facebook page on a regular basis.

Last masters session before Samurai 7's

The Samurai 7's tournament will be taking place in about a month and we will be squeezing one more Masters session before it! https://www.footyjapancompetitions.com/event/samurai-7s-2024 After the Samurai 7's we are looking to have some sort of league down at the BST field. Those that have played there know that the pitch condition is sublime, a fantastic field to play some football!   Please contact toma@footyjapan if you are interested in putting a team or interested in joining but don't have a team!

Upcoming Masters session + Masters league 2024

After a fun turn out last session, we would like to organize another Masters football tournament down at YCAC again on the following dates. We will limit spaces to 6 teams so please rsvp as soon as possible to guarantee your spot.
