FJ TOTW MATCHDAY 20

At the start of last week I received an email from the YC&AC Sports staff regarding an item of lost property. The attachment in the email was an old white Jetro FC kit. I mailed Kikuchi san their center forward and Captain about the shirt. He said the kit held many good memories of Jetro's glorious past and he would collect it prior to their match. 

Perhaps the opening part of their match v Musketeers the players were too busy thinking about that glorious past and they soon found themselves 4-0 down. With Musketeers in control and with 20 minutes left the game was all but over. 
 
Suddenly a rare Jetro attack pulled a goal back. Soon after a 2nd goal was scored. 4-2. Then a 3rd. Last 5 minutes, with nothing to lose Jetro went for the equaliser and they did just that. 4-4. What a game. 
Musketeers were stunned. 3 points lost and now battling to hold onto 1. With the last kick of the game Jetro scored a winner. 5 goals in the last 20 minutes. This type of comeback is only seen on Winning 11! 
 
The spirit of the old Jetro shirt.....Maybe it will now be their lucky shirt that will come to every match?
 
The Jetro scorers were Yuichiro Takemura with 2, Michihiko Suetake, Junki Fujii & debutant Yoshi Hiraoka.
 
Well done Jetro on the comeback and also winning this week FJ TOTW.
