In this section you will find the rules and regulations pertaining to the Tokyo Metropolis League, Footy Japan Cup and Soccer 7's/Footy Japan Tournaments competitions. It is the responsibility of all teams and their representatives registering to play in the aforesaid competitions to have read, understand and be familiar with the rules and regulations for each competition laid out herein.

With regards to the general laws of the game of football, Footy Japan competitions adhere to rules defined by FIFA, unless specifically modified as written in the rules stated within this section. Competition and league rules and regulations however are purely defined by Footy Japan Competitions governing body: FOOTY JAPAN K.K.
