A very tough week down at the Footy Japan offices, where we have lost the ability to get matches played at the prized BST pitch. We once again would like to remind all the players that the pitches are not owned by us, thus everyone at such venue should be on their best behavior.
With 5 goals against FC International, Takuma Ueyama (Zion) is back on top of the goal scorer rankings making him a threat to win both Division 1 and Division 2 golden boots. During November 9/10, every cup game went as predicted. The higher division team has always won. However, on November 16th, Guts SC pulled off a giant killing in their cup match against Kanto Celts.
Kanto Celts just came off a tough loss to Panthers the week before (2-1) and Guts were coming off a win against YeBoiz FC (also known as Instagram Boys FC).
An exciting TML weekend once again. Nepal United scored on their first possesion with ten men against King George. Both of Shane FC's goals came from the leagues biggest divers. And FC Sagarmatha won their bottom of the league derby against Fussa FC.
In November 2009 French and Irish relations were at an all time low. Thierry Henry handball had sent France to the 2010 World Cup at the expense of the Irish team.
Saturday evening saw the 13th Edition of the TML End of Season Award Ceremony.
It was a successful evening. Many thanks to all the TML players, Wags and Friends who attended.
