Footy Japan Cup Finals

This Years FJ Cup Final will see Last years TML Division 1 champions take on Dutch FC from Division 2 at Yokohama Country & Athletic Club on June 8th. Preceding the cup@ final will be the final of the Plate. This will see Shane FC play the winners of newcomers Teranga FC, who are tearing up Div 3, and BFC Tokyo who play on May 31st.

Sagarmatha to stay in Division 1!

Sagarmatha clinched their last game against BEFC to ensure they avoid relegation. It will be up to Panthers and Brunello to fight out their last games and see if they can overtake Clash FC.

ESR FJ Cup and Plate Finals - dates Fixed

It’s great to see some of the teams that are struggling in the league are still contenders for the ESR FJ Cup and Plate. Brunello FC who are languishing in last place in 1st division, are still in the FJ Cup and have a very good chance of making it all the way to the finals.

2025 Samurai 7's huge success

Despite a rare April snowfall just days before kickoff, the 2025 Samurai 7’s launched under perfect, sunny skies — and the tournament couldn’t have gone better! We were thrilled to welcome back crowd favourites like Shenzen International, French Krauts, Swiss Kickers, and FM FC, while also debuting an exciting mix of new talent. With over 20 teams from Australia, Thailand, Singapore, Bali, Hong Kong, and beyond, this year’s Samurai 7’s was one for the books.

SUNS SHINE IN BITTER COLD

In one of the coldest fixtures of the season—shockingly played in the second week of March—the Suns proved that their name doesn’t define their game. You’d think a team called the Suns might falter in icy conditions. Think again. They came out fired up—physical when it counted, lightning-quick in transition, and ruthlessly clinical in front of goal. From the first whistle, they looked locked in, shutting down Eastern Capital’s offense with surgical precision.

apts.jp team - winner of bottom of the table derby!

Clash and Brunello, two teams situated at the bottom of the table, faced off at YCAC. This was an important battle, one that could determine the relegation. Clash at 4 pts, Brunello at 3 pts, a win here would put them over each other and over take Sagarmatha in the process. The victor would essentially be able to escape the relegation zone for now.
